1. Payouts and Currency Conversion
Our platform aggregates royalties from multiple territories and currencies (including USD, GBP, EUR, etc.). To streamline payments:
- Exchange Rates: Payments received in foreign currencies are converted to your payout currency based on an average internal exchange rate determined by the Company, typically calculated at the time of payout generation. We do not use real-time market rates due to fluctuations and processing delays associated with international banking.
- Finality: The exchange rate applied by the Company is final. By using our service, you acknowledge that slight variations from the "spot rate" may occur and accept the Company's determined rate.
2. Reporting and Transparency
We provide a consolidated dashboard to track your streams and earnings.
- Company Reports: You will receive reports generated by our system, which simplify the complex data received from Digital Service Providers (DSPs).
- Raw Data: We do not share raw, unformatted files or direct dumps from stores (e.g., Apple Music, Spotify backend files) as these are proprietary, technically complex, and contain sensitive data across our entire catalog.
- Satisfaction: If you are unsatisfied with the reporting format or transparency provided, you retain the right to terminate your agreement and request a takedown of your content from our platform, subject to the takedown procedures outlined below.
3. Copyright Claims and Ownership
You strictly warrant that all content uploaded to our platform is 100% owned by you or that you have the necessary rights to distribute it.
Critical Liability Notice
In the event of a copyright claim, strike, or dispute ("Fake Claim" or legitimate):
- Duty to Prove: You seek and agree to provide all necessary documentation (project files, split sheets, stems, or license agreements) to the Company to prove your ownership rights.
- 3-Day Window: You must provide this proof within three (3) business days of our notification to you.
- Revocation of Funds: Failure to provide sufficient proof within this 3-day window will result in the immediate revocation of ALL accrued earnings associated with your account, not just the disputed track. The Company reserves the right to freeze your account indefinitely.
- Personal Liability: If the funds in your account are insufficient to cover the damages, legal fees, or penalties incurred by the Company due to your infringing content, you agree to be personally liable for the remaining balance. You agree to indemnify the Company fully against any losses arising from your breach of warranty.
4. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate your account and remove your content at our sole discretion if we suspect fraudulent activity, streaming manipulation (botting), or repeated copyright infringements. You may terminate your account at any time by requesting a takedown, provided all outstanding liabilities are settled.
5. General Provisions
These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Sirra Dudes. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time to ensure the safety and security of our platform.
